  • YES! Of course! We love that first class experience! Make sure you get to the studio 10 minutes early so we can get you introduced to the equipment you will be using that day!

  • Fundamentals is a great place to start if you’ve never done Pilates before. Or if your only experience with Pilates is more of a Lagree style or HIIT class on a reformer. Real Pilates equipment take a bit to get comfortable with so this can help you become more comfortable.

We require 5 Fundamentals before you take a Mixed Level class. This is mostly because the Mixed level moves at a slightly faster pace and we want you comfortable with the equipment.

Do not wear lotions as they can cause you to slip on the equipment. Please wait to apply any scented perfumes/colognes until after class is over.

Make sure you have been cleared for exercise by a medical professional.
