Classical

This class offers a comprehensive immersion into Joseph Pilates' original method. We will utilize the Mat and Reformer in their classical order, alongside supplementary exercises on a range of specialized apparatus, including the Tower and Wunda Chair.

This approach emphasizes precision, control, and flow, engaging your deep core muscles while lengthening and strengthening the entire body through the integrated use of all apparatus.

By adhering to the authentic sequence and exercises developed by Joseph Pilates, you'll cultivate a deep understanding of the work and achieve optimal results in strength, flexibility, and overall well-being. Modifications are provided to accommodate all levels, ensuring everyone can experience the profound benefits of this time-tested discipline.

Contemporary

This class offers a comprehensive full-body workout that is deeply informed by the principles and exercises developed by Joseph Pilates. While respecting the core tenets of control, centering, and flow, the class embraces a more flexible approach to the order of exercises and may utilize a variety of Pilates apparatus, including the Reformer, Mat, Tower, and Wunda Chair.

You'll experience many familiar movements from the classical repertoire, alongside thoughtfully integrated contemporary variations and modifications. This allows for a dynamic and adaptable practice that can address a wide range of individual needs and fitness goals, promoting core strength, improved posture, enhanced flexibility, and greater body awareness.

All levels are welcome to explore this evolving and effective approach to Pilates.
